The objectives and budgets of the four assignments are mentioned below.

Turkey: Strengthening the rule of law
The main objective of the assignment in Turkey is to strengthen the rule of law in the country and guarantee all citizens access to justice in line with the EU standards. More specifically, a DMG expert will work as a voting member in the evaluation of the offers for the two supply components of the project “Better Access to Justice in Turkey” on behalf of the Ministry of Justice. The budget is 170,340 euro.

Mali: Elaborating a framework for administration and data treatment
This assignment includes elaborating a framework for different administrative activities regarding electronic administration and electronic data treatment and international and regional benchmarking of the implementation effort. The budget is 199,444 euro.
 
Serbia: Assessing performance
Conducting an independent verification of the implementation of the contracts “Supply of IT Equipment for EAR funded project in the European Integration, Civil Society, Environment, Health, Justice and Public Administration Sectors in Serbia” and assessing the correct performance of the supply contracts by the supplier and the compliance with the contractual provisions are the main objectives of our assignment in Serbia. The budget is 63,144 euro.

Sierra Leone: GIS training
In Sierra Leone we will be establishing a mid and long term GIS (Geological Information System) training program of the staff of the Geological Survey division. Furthermore, we will make proposals concerning the implementation of the geological and geophysical exploration of Sierra Leone and proposals concerning the implementation of a Geographical and GIS including database, data interpretation and mapping. The budget is 19,376 euro.
