The objective of the project is to provide consultancy service and expertise to assist the Ministry of Communications in Ghana with:

- conducting a baseline study to collect essential information on project indicators to serve as a benchmark against which project progress will be measured
- collecting and analysing information on project indicators to measure progress towards the attainment of project objectives
- conducting beneficiary assessments
- further refining and quantifying indicators

The assignment is very much in line with other monitoring and evaluation assignments which Danish Management have worked on in the past. So there is plenty of experience and expertise to draw from.

The deadline for submission of the E-Ghana evaluation proposal is December 28.
