Wednesday, 26 May 2010 11:17

The International Finance Corporation has invited us to submit a proposal for “Survey of Sustainable Energy Leasing and ESCO Business Opportunities in Thailand”.

The primary objective of this assignment will be to conduct a comprehensive market survey to identify business opportunities in Lease finance combined with Energy Service Companies (ESCO)/Energy Efficiency (EE)/Cleaner Production (CP)/and Renewable Energy (RE) services, and other financing options available for supporting these initiatives. The survey is also expected to identify the key obstacles in the industry with recommendations on the required interventions; it should further provide IFC and its stakeholders with information on business opportunities and risks, critical to decisions on project design, investment options, and advisory interventions. The Survey is expected to reflect market and industry conditions in both the Leasing and ESCO/EE/RE/CP industry, assess existing regulatory, legal and fiscal frameworks, and provide market and industry information.

The budget for this project is not expressly stated. The deadline for submission of the complete tender is 25 June 2010.
