The study involved intensive market study including field studies in USA, Canada and UK
In
the project concerning the feasibility study of a the "Uganda Assisted
Online Learning project", Danish Management Group explored and assessed
a business idea of Ugandan Universities providing Assisted Learning
Online services (e-tutoring) to North-America and UK.
The
study involved intensive market study including field studies in both
USA, Canada and UK and a study trip for local stakeholders.
Furthermore, an internal analysis of the Ugandan IT infrastructure and
Human Resource capabilities was conducted.
On Tuesday, 16
November 2004, a full day workshop at the Nile International Conference
Center, hosted by our client Uganda Investment Authority, was conducted
in connection with the presentation of the Uganda ALO Draft Feasibility
Study Report.
Danish Management Group believes that the
presentation and workshop went really well, and the report and
presentation was well received and recognized for its quality and
professionalism. The European Delegation in Uganda, praised our work
for its "high standards and clear message". They had demanded that a
feasibility study be carried out before the actual project was
initiated. This proved to be a good decision.
